If you are unhappy for some reason with your product, we do accept non-used items within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days we cannot accept merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging.   Have an item you wish to return? You can fill out a return form here.




If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week. Once your return form is submitted and processed, you will receive an email with a shipping label to return your item.


Late or missing refunds


If you do not receive a refund immediately, please contact your financial institutions as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the refund delays more than 3 business days please contact support at info@shopemilime.comand someone from our team will assist you.

All sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged




Each Emilime piece passes through vigorous quality control before it arrives on your doorstep! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at with detailed information on the damage and we will contact you with next best steps.




 Once in our warehouses in Austin, Texas, your order will be sent via USPS and take 4-10 business.  Shipping is always $3.99 so take advantage and grab the matching scarf, hat or gloves to complete the set!
